Rudrakshas

These malas, bracelets or earrings are both beautiful jewels but also, as they are made of seeds of sacred Rudrakshas, are considered prayer beads.

The sought-after design of our selection adorns these seeds of rudrakshas with semi-precious stones of all colors, strung on a solid silk thread of the color of the necklace. There is something for all wishes, more or less long, for men, women or children.

The seeds of rudrakshas come from a tree “the Rudraksha Tree” which Hindu mythology says it appeared when Shiva, by his name “Rudra”, cried with compassion and joy while contemplating the Earth and its living beings. His “Akshas” tears, falling on the ground, gave birth to the rudrakshas tree, which provides these seeds, and which grows only in this eastern region.

They have special electromagnetic healing properties when worn regularly. The number of these seeds is intentionally chosen according to a spiritually significant divine number for each necklace or “mala” (54, 108, 216…)

One can meditate while carrying the mala on oneself, or else pray while shelling the rudrakshas while reciting prayers, the “mantras”.
