Caroline Ceccarini
For more than 18 years, Caroline has welcomed clients to her practice and has worked with numerous hotels and spas throughout the region, including Montreux, Leysin, Villars-sur-Ollon, Les Giettes–Whitepod and Verbier, as well as in pharmacies in her capacity as a Naturopath.
Before embarking on her career in natural and holistic health, Caroline was an electronics engineer. From an early age, she developed a deep passion for quantum physics, astronomy and volcanology.
Following a weekend dedicated to discovering Ayurveda — the ancient healing tradition of India — she decided to undertake comprehensive training in Ayurvedic practice and to make it the guiding purpose of her life.
She first qualified as an Ayurvedic Practitioner at the Swiss Usha Veda School in 2008 and has been accredited by ASCA, the Swiss Foundation for Complementary Medicine, since 2009.
Over the years, her thirst for knowledge has never ceased. She broadened her expertise with a diploma in Classical Massage in 2010, followed by certifications in Aromatherapy in 2012, Phytotherapy in 2016, and Nutrition in 2017, all through Usha Veda.
In 2018, she trained in Cupping Therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Centre de Médecine Traditionnelle Chinoise in Lausanne. She then completed an intensive Yoga Teacher Training course in Tyrol, at one of the internationally renowned Sivananda centres, dedicated to the education of yoga teachers. She has been a certified Yoga Teacher since 2019.
From 2020 onwards, she continued her professional training as a Naturopath in European Traditional Medicine (ETM) at the Centre de Médecine Naturelle in Aigle.
In 2022, she began the comprehensive training programme offered by Quantik Doula, founded by midwives Karine Laseva and Melanie Chevari. She qualified as a Quantik Doula in June 2023.
In this role, she supports couples throughout the perinatal journey — from preconception and pregnancy through to birth and the postpartum period.
She subsequently completed her federal training as a Naturopath in European Traditional Medicine at EPSN in Lausanne. She successfully completed Module M1 in Basic Medicine in October 2024, followed by Module M2 in European Traditional Medicine Naturopathy in April 2025.
This advanced training encompasses, among other disciplines, Auriculotherapy (acupuncture of the ear), Sympathicotherapy (stimulation of the nasal sinuses using specialised swabs), Reflexology (foot, hand and facial), Lymphatic Drainage, Baunscheidt Therapy (a form of acupuncture using a percussion hammer), Hirudotherapy (natural bloodletting using medicinal leeches), and other complementary therapeutic approaches.
Since October 2024, she has been recognised and accredited by both ASCA and RME, allowing her treatments to be recognised by all insurance providers affiliated with these organisations.
After successfully completing the federal M3 module in Health and Ethics, M4 in Psychology and Psychiatry, M5 in Business Management, and M6, consisting of multiple professional internships, she obtained the OrTra MA Certificate from the Swiss Organisation of the World of Work for Alternative Medicine in July 2025.
