The Institute of Ayurveda, learning an ancient medicine for the well-being of everyone

In partnership with Médias France

Caroline Ceccarini accompanies her clients in the practice of daily natural routines adapted and intended to bring them a well-being.

Thanks to a friend, she makes the discovery of traditional Indian medicine, Ayurveda, during a weekend. Wishing to give a deeper meaning to his life, this stay turns out to be a revelation. This ancestral medicine, which is similar to Western naturopathy, brings together under one roof all aspects of physical, emotional or spiritual health. Caroline Ceccarini, realizes that this “science of life” can, associated with plants, minerals, sacred sounds and dietetics, heal beings. She decides to make it the goal of her life. Magnetic and empathetic, she offers at the Ayurveda Institute a wide range of Ayurvedic treatments, energy massages, clay and seaweed wrap treatments or a wide range of selected naturopathic and ayurvedic products, organic quality.

Respect the laws of nature

Constantly learning about plants, essential oils and nutrition, Caroline practices the ayurvedic cure known as Panchakarma which takes place over a minimum of 15 days. The treatments consist of massages made with vegetable oils heated and mixed with plants or essential oils, combined with daily therapeutic support. The Ayurveda Institute also offers consultations on European and Ayurvedic naturopathy. The practitioner gives advice to her clients to recover full health aided by herbal medicine, aromatherapy and the adoption of a healthy and adapted to the person.

The autonomous human being in his happiness

A person happy and at peace with herself, feels the spontaneous desire to transmit her happiness to her family and her environment. Caroline believes in the benefits and repercussions of the total well-being of people on all humanity (principle of the butterfly effect). Ayurveda is a traditional medicine recognized by Science and its many virtues officially approved by the WHO. Therefore, through a deep work on oneself and a regular maintenance of one’s health and preserving a “positive thought” as the yoga promotes since always, it is possible to act up to the microscopic level of organism. Nothing is to be taken as a fatality, all healing power is in the hands of everyone.

“Caring for yourself, and of course for others, helps build a better world.”
